Ashley Lherisson is a Partner at Grande Law, P.A., where she brings a relentless dedication to justice for her clients across Florida and Colorado. Born in Forest, Ohio, Ashley pursued her passion for law through a strong academic foundation, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law in the Liberal Arts, complemented by an MBA from the University of Findlay.
She earned her Juris Doctor from the Florida International University College of Law in 2016. During her legal studies, Ashley was recognized for her academic excellence and commitment to advocacy, serving on the Dean's List, competing on the FIU Law Trial Team, and holding the position of Vice-President of the Women's Law Society. She also served as a Student Ambassador and Research Assistant to Dean Alex Acosta, gaining invaluable experience in trial advocacy and legal research.
Elite Courtroom & Trial Experience
Ashley’s courtroom prowess was forged early through her participation in the FIU Law Death Penalty clinic and her work as a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Her excellence in advocacy earned her numerous honors, including the Faculty Recognition Award, the Alex Alvarez Trial Advocacy Scholarship, the Joseph A. Reyes Scholarship, and the Pro Bono Service Award.
Upon graduation, she served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. In this role, she represented thousands of indigent clients, handling everything from initial bond hearings to complex jury trials. This deep immersion in the criminal justice system shaped her into a fierce, trial-ready advocate who knows how to navigate high-stakes litigation.
Civil Litigation & Property Rights
Ashley transitioned her trial skills to civil litigation, where she represented major entities like the Miami Heat in premises liability matters and defended multiple property insurance carriers throughout Florida. This unique "inside look" at how insurance companies operate now allows her to provide superior representation to homeowners and business owners facing property damage claims.
Since focusing her practice on representing the people in 2020, Ashley has successfully recovered millions of dollars for homeowners and personal injury victims. Her practice is diverse, spanning auto accidents, slip and falls, criminal defense, and strategic business law solutions.
Beyond her primary practice, Ashley is a passionate advocate for mental health rights, helping families navigate the complexities of the Marchman Act and Baker Act. She continues to give back to her alma mater as a coach for the FIU Law Trial Team, mentoring the next generation of litigators.
